Activities, Events, and Key Times of the Year in Child Protection and Adoption

The BCP Board helps DFPS Caseworkers with the following events

  • “Go Blue Walk” to end child abuse

  • Christmas Party for Foster Families

  • Prom Project for junior & senior girls & boys

  • A graduation party for graduating seniors in Foster Care

  • Elf Store providing Christmas gifts for children in need whose families are involved with CPI (Investigations and ongoing services).

November is "National Adoption Month"

The Heart Gallery traveling photo gallery, which is displayed in lobbies of businesses all over SETX - showing photos of children in foster care, currently eligible for adoption.
